NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID WHEREVER ELSE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

 

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.

 

ELIGIBILITY: The Graza x NASCAR Championship Squeezestakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Drupely Inc., DBA Graza (the “Sponsor”), the National Association for Stock Car Racing, LLC. (“NASCAR”) their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, prize providers, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), Sweepstakes partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements described in these Official Rules. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

 

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

 

HOW TO ENTER: No Product Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A Product Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

Online at graza.co/pages/squeezestakes (“Website”): Internet access required*. To enter the Sweepstakes online during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, entrants will be asked to provide their full name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entrants are not required to opt-in to receive email marketing messages from the Sponsor to participate in this Sweepstakes and opting-in will not increase your chances of winning. If an entrant chooses to opt-in, the entrant thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send them future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, Sweepstakes, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services and products, from which entrant can unsubscribe from at any time.

 

*Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service carrier may apply. If you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

 

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select potential winners will be conducted on or about October 12, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. You are not guaranteed to win and your chance/odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the total number of eligible online entries received. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be contacted by email and/or phone by the Administrator. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, Winner and Guest Travel Release Form, a W-9 Tax Form (which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes), and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Grand Prize Documents” or “Documents”) before the prize is awarded. The potential First Prize winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Release (the “First Prize Acceptance Form” or “Form”). All completed Documents and Form must be returned by the date stated in the notification email or the prize will be forfeited. If any potential prize winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time specified, fails to complete and return the required  Documents/Form, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or cannot accept the prize as specified, they will be disqualified and alternate potential winner(s) will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and potential winner completing and returning all required Documents/Form. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after three (3) alternate drawings, or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award any or all of the prize(s).

 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to attend a NASCAR race in Homestead, Florida scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026 (the “Event”). Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to attend the race, a VIP NASCAR experience for winner and one (1) guest (race, tickets, and experiences subject to availability and change), and a one-time cash payment for winner in the amount of $500. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. Nine First Prizes (9): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Graza branded race jacket and two (2) cases of Graza Oil. ARV: $500 each. Total ARV of all prizes awarded is $14,500.

 

Prize winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of their prize. The Grand Prize winner will also be responsible for all fees and expenses related to acceptance of their prize other than the prize elements listed and must be able to travel on dates provided by Sponsor. The value of the prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the prize awarded as stated herein. All first prizes will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after confirmation of all First Prize winners.

 

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per person/family/household. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all ground transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, spending money, telephone charges, merchandise, souvenirs, room service and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income and winners will receive an IRS form 1099 reflecting the total prize value stated herein. Trip accommodations are subject to availability, blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the proximity of Winner’s residence to the NASCAR race in Homestead, FL, the Sponsor at its sole discretion will issue said winner a check in the amount of $250 in lieu of air travel. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in these Official Rules. Travel companion must execute and return a Travel/Liability Release and a Publicity Release where legal, prior to travel. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if entire prize or a portion of the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. No barter, transfer, or assignment of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor, Administrator and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives disclaim any and all representations and warranties, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, in connection with all prizes offered/awarded. Any gift cards, gifts, documents or event tickets/passes awarded to the winner become the responsibility of the winner upon possession of same and will not be replaced. Any gift cards, tickets/passes awarded are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon. In the event that any part of the prize trip or any of the events associated with the prize trip are unable to take place as planned, for reasons including, but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, pandemic, endemic, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the remaining components of the prize constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the Grand Prize Winner, and no other additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must abide by all Event policies. Event tickets delivery method is at sole discretion of Sponsor and will be confirmed at time of award. Sponsor and event organizer reserves the right to revoke full or partial Event prizing from Grand Prize Winner or Guest who they or Event personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Event/venue policy or law, or may bring Released Parties into disrepute. Resale of Event tickets is prohibited. By claiming Event tickets, you agree to event organizer’s Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any and all required travel documents (a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or state-issued ID, that is REAL ID compliant as of 11/1/2026 or a valid passport) including but not limited to any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

 

GENERAL: If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, states, zip codes, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Any entry that is suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents, successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action or liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of entry into or participation in the Sweepstakes, or the use of any Sweepstakes-related photo, video, and/or entry, or for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot be administered or conducted as planned and/or any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions resulting or arising from acts of god, war, or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with any law or order of a governmental authority, or any other similar act, event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirectly, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of access to and use of any website associated with the Sweepstakes or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from such website. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

 

Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission and grant by winners (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request) of the right and permission for the Sweepstakes Entities and their agencies to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the world wide web, at any time or times, winners names and/or likeness, entry, picture, voice, opinions and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and state), prize information, quotes attributable to winners, and any other elements of winners’ persona for advertising, trade and promotional purposes (including the announcement of their name on television or radio broadcast), for purposes of advertising and trade without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification, publication in a winners list or in a list to be used by sponsor and its designees and its partners to re-target entrants via email or any sponsor app.

 

NOTICE – Damage to website: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, the Sweepstakes Entities RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mis transcribed phone/e-mail/internet transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in the user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if for any reason, the Sweepstakes (or any part of it) cannot be run as described in these Official Rules or otherwise in accordance with the general intentions of the Sweepstakes Entities. In such circumstances, the Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Official Rules to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes, post a notice online of such termination, and conduct a drawing to award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The failure of the Sweepstakes Entities to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies or any act outside of the Sweepstakes Entities control/force majeure event, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

 

 

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Sponsor will collect, use, and will disclose the personal information provided when you enter the Sweepstakes to their Administrator only for the purpose of conducting a random drawing and notifying the potential winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Information collected from participants, including entrant, is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.graza.co/pages/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), and will be used only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s products and promotions.

 

 

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION, AND CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes is offered only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. The Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering, entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with the Sweepstakes Entities (individually or collectively) arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policies, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor (“Demand”). Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution Section, defined as paragraph 8 of these Official Rules (“Dispute Resolution Section”), will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Privacy Policies. Entrant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Drupely Inc., 300 Kent Avenue, Suite 610, Brooklyn, NY 11249 Attention: Marketing. Entrant agrees that entrant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after entrant sends a Demand. This informal dispute resolution is in addition to, and does not waive, excuse, or supersede any pre-suit resolution process required by state or federal law before filing suit. If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and entrant intends on taking legal action, entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). The Sweepstakes Entities also agree that we will submit any and all disputes with entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision limits the ability of entrants and the Sweepstakes Entities to litigate claims in court and entrant and Sweepstakes Entities each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial.

 

For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014, available at https://www.adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer-Rules-Web_0.pdf (and as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution Section. Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any disputes with the Sweepstakes Entities including, but not limited to, disputes as to the interpretation or application of this Dispute Resolution Section or the validity of the arbitration agreement herein. The Arbitrator has authority to issue any and all remedies authorized by law, except that any requests for the remedy of public injunctive relief shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. The place of arbitration shall be New York City, NY.

 

Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against the Sweepstakes Entities, and that entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person.

 

Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Privacy Policy, if this class action waiver is adjudicated to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in court. Entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of the State of New York located in New York City for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes. Under no circumstances does entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.

 

The provisions of this Dispute Resolution Section shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Sweepstakes and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of entrant or the Sweepstakes Entities relating to or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

 

SEVERABILITY: If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.

 

WHO WON AND OFFICIAL RULES: The names of the prize winners will be posted on graza.co/pages/squeezestakes on or about October 15, 2026 or after the prize winners have been verified. For a copy of these Official Rules, please access: graza.co/pages/officialrules.
