Graza Team's Best and Worst Bites of April

The Graza team shares our BEST and WORST bites of April!! Including an average Midtown pizza, the best dish of ramp season, and homemade linguine vongole that tasted like summer!

Brian, Operations

Best: It's ramps season, and every year I have to make ramps risotto! It's my favorite variation of risotto. I made it and topped it with broccoli rabe, which was superb as expected.

Worst: Had stale granola for breakfast one day. What is granola without a crunch? I don't even know...

Maddie, Operations

Best: A homemade linguine vongole that tasted like summer & was so fun to make!

Worst: Don't have one! I ate gooooooood all month!!

Linnea, Marketing

Best: The miso short-rib recipe from the Glog.  Such a good combination of flavors, and nothing feels better than nailing a recipe on the first try.

Worst: Very average pizza at a restaurant in Midtown. I did it to myself.

Galina, E-Commerce

Best: Lemon meringue pastry from Fannys at The Academy Museum (LOVE a museum restaurant)!!

Worst: Oversalted/over-buttered box mac and cheese, I made myself when I was too hangry to make it properly.

Casey, Creative

Best: Cozy Royalle Caesar Salad

Worst: Some bunk peanut noodles that were suspiciously sweet. Dessert pasta vibes.

Talia, Marketing

Best: The perfect Frizzle-grilled cheese burger with all the fixings at a Graza backyard photo shoot or the corn fritters from Smor in East Village (Smor I love you!!)

Worst: A hardened oat bite.

Cass, Creative

Best: A maple glazed donut from LaMar's in Kansas City!!! So fluffy. So classic. New-school big city donuts can't compare.

Worst: I'm not going to name names but I got a cold brew around the corner from our office that had tons of coffee grounds floating in it...
