Carciofo Sott’Olio with Faccia Brutto

Artichoke-derived Faccia Brutto Carciofo amaro and Graza Drizzle is a match made in Little Italy (slash heaven).

Ingredients

2 oz Faccia Brutto Carciofo

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ an egg white

¼ oz simple syrup (1:1)

¼ oz Drizzle

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Active Time: 5 minutes

Full Time: 5 minutes

Serves 1

Measure and pour all ingredients into a cocktail tin.

First, dry shake everything with no ice to emulsify the egg white.

Then, add ice and shake for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a lemon peel and a few drops of Drizzle.
