
Cheddar Biscuits
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
4 oz Butter
3 oz Sizzle
3 oz Cheddar
15 oz All purpose flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Paprika
3/4 t Salt

Add dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the butter add rub into the flour mix until pieces are about the size of a pea.
Add Sizzle and buttermilk and stir to roughly combine.
Add the cheese and fold into the mix.
Turn mixture out onto a counter and shape into a flattened square by hand.
Cut into quarters and stack on top of one another. Roll the stack out to around a 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut into individual biscuits and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush with butter and top with pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 min or until golden.
