For the Cherry Campari:
350ml Campari (or any red bitter apéritif)
~1 cup pitted cherries
For the Spritz:
1½ oz cherry Campari
3oz soda water
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 24 hours
To make the cherry Campari, combine pitted cherries and Campari in a sealable container and allow to infuse 6 to 24 hours before straining and bottling.
Add ice to a large wine glass and add 1½ oz of cherry infused Campari.
Add prosecco and soda water.
Finish with a healthy dose of Drizzle and a fresh cherry for garnish.
