Grilled Peach Crumble
Grillable dessert?? HECK YEAH!!! This peach crumble from the grilling GOAT will be the GRAND SLAM closer to any BBQ this summer.

Ingredients
Filling:
1 can sliced peaches in light syrup
¼ cup sugar
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
Crumble:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ cups milk
Flakey salt to finish
Instructions
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 1 hour
Preheat your grill to 350-375 F and set up for indirect heat cooking.
Drain the peaches and combine with the filling ingredients. Place into a grill safe baking dish.
Combine all the batter ingredients in the same bowl that was used to mix the filling.
Pour the batter over the peach filling and DO NOT mix. Place the baking dish on the grill and cook for 30-45 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the sides are bubbly.
Remove from the grill, allow to cool and serve with vanilla ice cream—drizzled all over with plenty of Drizzle and flakey sea salt!
