Most olive oil in the U.S. is blended from old, low quality oils. But across the ocean, people are using fresh, never-blended olive oil by the gallon. Graza is that olive oil. We're made from 100% Picual olives from Jaen, Spain, the region where over half the world’s olive oil is produced.

We’ve tried other olives and it turns out Picuals are just the best.
Picual Olives:
People have tried to re-plant Picuals in California and elsewhere in the Mediterranean, but they seem to solely thrive in the heart of Andalusia. The oil extracted from this fruit is extremely high in polyphenols (the stuff that makes you live longer) and also has the longest shelf stability & free-acidity stability of any olive varietal.

Our process takes time
Hand picked in October, before the olives have ripened fully.

Harvested in December and January, when the olives are more mature.
“Sizzle”

We take all that delicious olive paste, press it again, and we make
“Frizzle”



As pretty as our farms are, at the end of the day we’re here because of our love for cooking and our firm belief that everything tastes better when there's olive oil involved.
