Al Dente Diva's Drizzle Cannoli Dip
We turned to the Al Dente Diva, author of Fast. Simple. Delicious., to whip up this luxurious cannoli remix. Go heavy on the Drizzle and dig in!!!

2 cups ricotta cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Waffle cones
Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl add the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar and mix everything together until evenly combined.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips and top with a generous topping of Drizzle.

Finally break up the waffle cones into big pieces for dipping and dunk them in the dip!
