Caleta's Sizzle Jelly

Got a tub of vanilla sitting around and wanna add some flair? Make this tasty Sizzle Jelly from the ice cream experts behind Bad Habit and Caleta as a fun (and squishy!) topping ;)

Ingredients

4 egg yolks

280g Sizzle

130g Trimoline

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Active Time: 15 minutes

Full Time: 1 hour

Heat trimoline in a pot to 200 F.

Separate eggs and put the yolks in a blender. Blend on low, streaming in the Sizzle to emulsify.

Next, stream the hot trimoline into the emulsion.

Season with salt and place in a bowl to chill for 45 minutes in the fridge.

Store chilled in a dry, air-tight container. Best used within 1 week.
