Cravings' Coconut & Mango Overnight Oats with Drizzle

We LOVE this recipe for overnight oats from Cravings. We use their super tasty Coconut & Mango Sticky Rice from the Sweet Thai Popcorn Seasoning Trio. The breakfast is packed with nutrients and can be totally customized with your favorite fruits. And of course, we add Drizzle. It brings such a fun punch and unexpected but delicious taste to this recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1 ⅓ cups coconut milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon Cravings Coconut & Mango Sticky Rice seasoning

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons toasted coconut

1 hefty pinch kosher salt

2 big squeezes of Drizzle

Active Time: 5 min.

Full Time: 8 hr. (incl. chilling)

Combine 1 cup oats, 1 ⅓ cups coconut milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon Cravings Coconut & Mango Sticky Rice seasoning, half of the chopped mango, and a hefty pinch of kosher salt in an airtight container. Store the rest of the mango in a separate container in the fridge.

Top with a big squeeze of Drizzle.

Mix with a spoon and stick in the fridge overnight.

The next day, top each portion with 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, the other half of the chopped mango, and any other fresh fruit you love.

Give it another big squeeze of Drizzle.

Enjoy! Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
