Crispy Pepperoni and Pecorino Hot N' Sweet Chip Stack with TABASCO
Can you take the heat?! (and the sweet?!)

Ingredients
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 bag Graza Hot N' Sweet Potato Chips
½ bunch chives, thinly sliced
½ cup sliced pickled jalapeños
2 ounces pecorino cheese, grated (about ¾ cup)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
TABASCO® Sauce, to taste Hot honey, for drizzling
Instructions

Full Time: 20 Minutes
Preheat oven to 425F, line a sheet pan with a sheet rack, and place a rack in the middle of the oven
Arrange the pepperoni slices on the sheet rack in a single layer and bake until lightly golden and crispy, 8 minutes. Let cool to become extra crispy. Once cool, break some into smaller pieces with your hands while leaving some whole.
On a serving platter, spread half of the chips and top with half the pepperoni, half the chives, half the jalapenos, half the cheese, and garnish with black pepper, TABASCO® Sauce, and hot honey. Repeat another layer with the remaining half of all ingredients. Serve immediately.
