Egg Salad Sandwich
Fighting the urge to call this egg-cellent!!

Ingredients
4 large eggs
3 tbsp Original Mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Sourdough bread
Instructions
Active Time: 15 Minutes
Full Time: 30 Minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel, and finely chop.
In a bowl, mix eggs with Original Mayo, Dijon, chives, salt, and pepper until creamy but still textured.
Toast bread in butter for 3 minutes on each side.
Spoon egg salad onto bread and sandwich. Enjoy!
