Green Goddess Dressing

A Graza-fied spin on a classic. This dressing is perfect on heartier greens  like romaine or endive and also makes a fantastic dip for veggies. If you swap the Greek yogurt for mayo the recipe is dairy-free.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup parsley leaves 

½ cup basil leaves 

2 tbsp fennel fronds leaves, rinsed 

3 tbsp chives, roughly chopped 

1 tbsp dill 

1-2 cloves garlic (fresh or roasted) 

1 tbsp capers 

2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 

1 ½ tbsp Champagne vinegar

½ cup Drizzle 

½ cup Greek yogurt 

Sea salt 

Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Active Time: 5 minutes

Full Time: 5 minutes

Serves 6

In a blender, combine all ingredients except salt & pepper and blend until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
