Grilled Potato Salad
Sizzle + grilling = we're GRIZZLIN' with this grilled potato salad... made with crispy bacon, fresh green onion, a dollop of dijon & a delish seasoning blend you'll be whipping this up ALL SUMMER LONGGGGG đ
Ingredients
1.5 lbs golden baby potatoes
3 large eggs
1 cup bacon
1 stalk green onions
1/4 cup dill
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 cup coarse ground dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayo
Instructions
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 20 minutes
Slice potatoes in half. Add to a pot of salted boiling water with eggs for 10 minutes.
When the potatoes are slightly tender to your fork, remove them and the eggs from the water.
Add Sizzle to a pan or grill on high heat and place the potatoes face down. Cook until golden brown.
Prepare the other ingredients—chop up green onions and dill, thinly slice red onion and rinse in water, and peel and chop eggs.
Add mayo, mustard, and seasonings to a bowl and mix well.
Add in each ingredient starting with potatoes and eggs, and toss until everything is nicely coated.
Optional to add bacon bits for an extra crunch! Garnish with more green onion, dill, and Drizzle :-)
