Herb Cheese Tart

This fresh herb cheesy tart is super easy to whip up (S/O puff pastry), features not one not two but three cheeses, AND is topped with a delish Drizzle pesto. Did we mention it all comes together in only fifteen minutes?

1

Leave out pre-made puff pastry to thaw. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2

Prepare a cheese mixture filling with shredded white cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder and red pepper flakes; Mix well and set aside.

To a food processor add tarragon, oregano, parsley, thyme, Drizzle, pine nuts and parmesan and blend. Add to a bowl and top with more Drizzle and set aside.

Once the puff pastry has thawed, lay it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a knife create a border and perforate the middle section of the puff pastry with a fork.

5

To the middle section, layer with muenster cheese and then the cheese mixture.

6

Add the herby pesto to the border of the puff pastry.

7

Drizzle the pastry with some Drizzle; bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

8

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Spread the remaining herby pesto onto cheese and enjoy!
