Hot Honey
Ingredients
5 oz honey
2 tbsp Sizzle
2 small chili peppers
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Pinch of paprika
Dash of hot sauce, optional

Slice the chili peppers down the middle. Remove the seeds if you prefer less heat.
In a small saucepan, combine the honey and Sizzle.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey becomes warm and slightly runny. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Add the sliced chili peppers and red pepper flakes to the warm honey-oil mixture.
Continue to cook over low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to infuse into the honey and Sizzle.
Stir in a pinch of paprika to give the hot honey a nice color.
If desired, add a dash of hot sauce to increase the heat level. Adjust according to your taste.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the hot honey cool slightly.
