Lemon Olive Oil Pancakes

Are you ready for the fluffiest, dreamiest, most delicious pancakes you've basically ever tried? These lemon olive oil pancakes are made pillowy soft all thanks to plenty of Drizzle... aka the perfect motivation to leave your bed and get to the kitchen!


2 cups All Purpose Flour

¼ cup Drizzle

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup milk of choice

⅓ cup sugar

1 tsp Sizzle

2 eggs

Zest of one lemon

Juice of one lemon


Active Time: 20 min

Full Time: 30 min

Serves 8

In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and zest of one lemon.


In a separate bowl, combine vanilla extract, Drizzle, milk of choice, eggs, and the juice of one lemon.


Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir - careful to not overstir!


Place batter in the fridge for 10 minutes - while batter is cooling, heat a nonstick pan with Sizzle.


Place batter in a hot skillet and once the pancake begins to have bubbles on top, flip the pancake.


Place pancakes onto a plate, top with toppings of choice, an extra Drizzle, and enjoy!
