4 oz Green Mix
1½ oz Tequila Blanco
¾ oz @Grillospickles Brine (classic)
¼ oz Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes of Green Hot Sauce
Pinch of Celery Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Salt & pepper rim

Skewer of Olives
Green Mix Ingredients (4 servings):
4 tomatillos, peeled and rinsed
½ medium white onion, quartered
1 jalapeño, stem removed
3 cloves of garlic, skin on
3-4 tbsp Sizzle
1 tsp sea salt
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 1 hour
Preheat oven to the high broil setting.
Prepare the Vegetables: Peel and rinse the tomatillos. Peel and quarter the onion. Remove the stem from the jalapeño.
Arrange the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle them evenly with Sizzle.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and broil for approximately 10-15 minutes. Watch for the vegetables to develop some color and slightly char.
Remove the sheet from the oven and let the roasted vegetables cool for a few minutes. Once they are cool enough to handle, peel the skin from the garlic cloves.
Place all the roasted vegetables in a blender with salt and blend until fully pureed.
Once chilled, your Pickle Maria mix is ready! Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir to combine. Garnish generously :-)
