Ramps Soft Scramble

Active Time: 10 Minutes
Full Time: 15 Minutes
In a bowl, crack three eggs. Mix with a whisk or fork until all yolks and egg whites are combined.
Chop ramps from bulb to leaves. Add Sizzle to a pan and heat on medium.
Once pan and oil is hot, add eggs and ramps to the heated pan. Fold the mixture gently, cook for about 5 minutes scrambling often.
Top with Drizzle, feta and a side of farmer's market sourdough toast!
