Root Beer Float Cocktail
Yeah you read that right. A boozy and bitter twist on your childhood favorite, this indulgent treat is the ideal closer to all your summer BBQs.

Ingredients
¾ oz aged Jamaican rum (we used Smith + Cross)
¾ oz your favorite Amaro (we used Cynar)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Your favorite root beer
Instructions
Active Time: 2 minutes
Full Time: 2 minutes
Place 2 (or 3, not judging) scoops of vanilla ice cream into a frosty pint glass.
Add ¾ oz each of Jamaican pot still rum and amaro to your glass. (Tip: Go all rum for a sweeter drink or all amaro for a more bitter adult float.)
Top up your glass with ice cold root beer and DRIZZLE!
Serve with a straw and/or spoon, with a sidecar of root beer for topping up.
