Recipe by Madison Skye | @madisonjskye
Ingredients
4 heads of garlic
1 cup of Sizzle
4-5 sprigs of sage
3 sprigs of thyme
1 fresh baguette (or your favorite loaf of bread)
Optional: 16oz of whole milk ricotta
Instructions
Active Time: 15 Minutes
Full Time: 2 Hours
Preheat your oven to 250 F. Place the garlic cloves in a bowl and pour boiling water over them until fully submerged. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. This will help you peel!
Drain the water, peel the garlic, and pat each clove dry. Transfer to a small baking dish.
Pour in about 1 cup of Sizzle, or enough to fully cover the garlic. Add the sage and thyme.
Bake for about 1½-2 hours, until cloves are golden, are are soft to the touch.
Serve warm with Sizzle-toasted bread, plain or topped with a layer of ricotta.
