Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp scampi is one of those special dishes that feels fancy and tastes delicious but takes all of fifteen minutes to make. Make sure to have extra bread on hand to soak up every last drop of saucy Drizzle goodness.

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Sizzle

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 cup dry white wine

Flaky or kosher salt to taste

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 lb large or extra-large shrimp, shells removed and set aside

1/2 cup Italian parsley, roughly chopped

Lemon wedges

Drizzle for garnish

Active Time: 15 minutes

Full Time: 20 minutes

Serves 4

In a large skillet, melt your butter and Sizzle together over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add wine, pepper, and shrimp shells. Cook until the liquid is reduced by about half, about three to five minutes.

Remove shells and add shrimp back, cooking until they turn just pink. This should take no more than two to three minutes.

Stir in your parsley.

Serve shrimp over well-toasted crusty bread. Serve with a squeeze from a lemon wedge and Drizzle
