Sizzling Steak
A Sizzling Steak is always a grilling classic. Grill Master Maciej takes us through his perfect grilled steak!

Active Time: 5 Minutes
Full Time: 1.5 Hours
Remove the steak from the refrigerator 1 hour prior to grilling and allow it to come up to room temperature.
Start your grill and set it up for dual zone cooking with a hot side and a cool side. Bring the temperature up to 400-450 degrees.
Rub the steak on all sides with the Sizzle and season with the steak seasoning.
Place the steak on the hot side of the grill.
Flip every 2 minutes to develop a beautiful crust on both sides.
Move the steak to the indirect heat side of the grill to finish cooking to your desired internal temperature. (120-125 Medium Rare, 125-130 Medium, 130-135 Medium Well).
Remove from the grill and let the steak rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Carve the steak, finish with Drizzle and sea salt.
