Using a mandolin or a sharp knife, thinly slice one zucchini.
Cut defrosted puff pastry into fourths.
Place puff pastry onto a non-stick baking sheet.
Layer the zucchini in two rows on puff pastry (Tip: bring in your little helper here!)
Coat with a squeeze of Sizzle per tart.
Sprinkle seasoning over the top of each pastry.
Bake until golden brown (~10-12 minutes).
Add some Drizzle on top and Enjoy!

*Real* extra virgin oil is made from olives that are harvested early (fall or winter) and pressed ASAP so the oil stays fresh, delicious, and full of polyphenols (that healthy stuff that makes you live a long time). Most bottles labeled “extra virgin” aren’t the real deal, but Graza is and always will be.
