Baked Pears with Drizzle and Honey

Excuse our puns, but this is pear-y pear-y good!

4 ripe but firm pears ( Bosc or Anjou work well)

3 tbsp Sizzle

2 tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)

¼ cup light brown sugar

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

A squeeze of lemon juice

A handful of chopped walnuts, pistachio, or almonds (optional)

Mascarpone or vanilla ice cream for serving

Drizzle
