
Blistered Shishito Dip with Sunny Fine Foods
Zingy, crunchy, drizzly dips make every day a CHIPper one!
Ingredients
Shishito Peppers
1 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 tsp honey (optional)
Salt

Full Time: 20 Minutes
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a swirl of Sizzle, and toss in the peppers. Hear them sizzle! Let the peppers sit undisturbed in the pan for a minute or two before stirring to get that good char.
Once the peppers are blistered all over (~10 minutes) remove from heat.
Combine cilantro, shallot, lime juice/zest, honey and Drizzle to make your herby salsa verde.
Assemble your dip by spreading Sunny's tahini onto a plate and topping it with the peppers and the salsa verde.
Finish with flaky salt and serve with Graza's potato chips. Enjoy!
