Brioche French Toast with Drizzle Maple Syrup
French toast can be as basic or exciting as you make it. This super simple recipe lets your topping of choice be the star of the show. Don't forget a generous Drizzle of Sizzle Syrup all over the crispy-edged, custardy slices of brunch goodness for the perfect bite.

Ingredients
2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
A large pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of sea salt
6 slices of stale bread (brioche or challah work best!)
2 tbsp Sizzle, or more as needed to cook
Instructions
Active Time: 10 minutes
Full Time: 15 minutes
Whisk milk, eggs, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture on both sides but don't let it get too soggy!
Heat at least a tbsp of Sizzle in the skillet and cook the bread on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot and cover with a generous topping of Bill Clark's Sizzle syrup!
