2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
A large pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of sea salt
6 slices of stale bread (brioche or challah work best!)
2 tbsp Sizzle, or more as needed to cook
Active Time: 10 minutes
Full Time: 15 minutes
Whisk milk, eggs, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture on both sides but don't let it get too soggy!
Heat at least a tbsp of Sizzle in the skillet and cook the bread on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot and cover with a generous topping of Bill Clark's Sizzle syrup!
