Wash and cook 1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water in a rice cooker or stovetop (for best results use a rice cooker).
While rice is cooking mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili crisp, brown sugar, Drizzle, and a half cup of warm water into a bowl.
When your rice is down cooking season with a mixture of a tablespoon of rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Evenly mix the rice vinegar throughout. Set aside.
Open and slice your SPAM horizontally into centimeter thick slices-- keep the can!
Place your spam into the marinade.
Sizzle into a pan and once your oil it up to temp, fry SPAM until golden brown.
Once you flip your SPAM, pour some of the marinade into the pan and fry until cooked off.
Line your SPAM tin with plastic wrap and pack down rice into the tin until a ½ inch thick.
Top the rice with furikake seasoning.
Pull the rice out of the mold and tip with a slice of fried SPAM.
Wrap your SPAM and rice with a 2 inch wide piece of nori.
Enjoy!
