Cranberry Olive Oil Pupcakes

Cause your furry friends need an olive oil treat too! 

Ingredients

½ cup whole wheat flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tbsp Sizzle 

⅓ cup pureed sweet potato 

⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce 

1 egg 

1 scoop Brutus Broth Hip & Joining Meal Topper Mega Pack (Chicken)

¼ cup cranberries 

Drizzle 

'Frosting'

1 Peeled & Cooked Russet Potato 

1 tbsp Greek Yogurt 

1 tbsp Brutus Bone Broth (Beef)

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line mini-muffin pan with cupcake cups and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add Sizzle, pureed sweet potato, applesauce, egg, and Brutus Broth Hip & Joint Meal Topper. Whisk together until combined.

Add dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix until combined.

Stir in cranberries.

Fill each cupcake liner with 1 tablespoon of pupcake mix.

Bake pupcakes for 10-13 minutes. When done, remove from the pan and let cool.

While baking, whip together the potato, Greek yogurt, and Brutus Bone Broth until smooth. Put the mixture in a piping bag and set aside.

Once the pupcakes are cooled, pipe the whipped potato frosting on each pupcake. Top each pupcake with a cranberry and some Drizzle.
