Drizzle Biscotti

The deliciously crunchy almond olive oil biscotti (made all the better with a little hint of orange zest) are a perfect compliment to your morning coffee... but even better when dunked in Cannoli Dip!!


1/3 cup Drizzle

1/3 cup almond milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 orange, zested

2 cups flour

1.5 tsp baking powder

Dash of salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Crushed almonds (optional)


Active Time: 20 minutes

Full Time: 1 hour

Serves 15

Add your Drizzle, almond milk, sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt and mix. You should be able to knead the mix into a ball of dough


Cut the dough ball in half and roll them out into long snakes. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. 


Remove from the oven and cool for five minutes. Use a knife to cut into individual biscottis and place back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden and then let cool.


Heat your chocolate chips up in the microwave or over a boiling water bath along with a dash of salt and Drizzle, and crushed almonds if you're including. 


Drizzle this mix all over the cooled biscotti. Let them harden and then eat em up!
