Fishwife's Tuna Melt

Fishwife's Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna and Sizzle Mayo make a tuna salad we could eat by the forkful—but they're even better when sandwiched between two thick sourdough slices and a generous topping of CHEDDAR!

Ingredients

2 slices of good sourdough bread

Cheddar cheese slices

6 oz Fishwife Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna

¼ cup Sizzle Mayo

1 tbsp pickles, diced

2 tbsp scallion, diced

1 tbsp dill, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp whole grain mustard

1 tbsp Drizzle

Salt and pepper

Instructions

Active Time: 10 minutes

Full Time: 10 minutes

Serves 1

Mix the tuna salad ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toast bread and top one slice with tuna salad mix and cheese slices.

Broil until cheese is melty and slightly browned, then smack those sammie sides together to make your TUNA MELT!
