Fishwife Tuna Melt

Fishwife's Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna and Sizzle Mayo whip together a tuna salad we could eat by the forkful—but they're even better when sandwiched between two thick sourdough slices and a generous topping of cheddar.

2 slices of good sourdough bread

Cheddar cheese slices

Tuna Salad Mix

6oz Fishwife Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna

1/4 cup Sizzle Mayo

1 tbsp Diced pickles

2 tbsp Diced scallion

1 tbsp Chopped dill

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tbsp Whole grain mustard

1 tbsp Drizzle

Salt and pepper 


Active Time: 10 minutes

Full Time: 10 minutes

Serves 1

Mix the tuna salad ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.


Toast bread and top one slice with tuna salad mix and cheese slices.


Broil until cheese is melty and slightly browned.
