Harissa Hummus with Heyday Canning

Heyday Canning beans are already so flavorful that you truly don't need to add much (but Drizzle doesn't hurt). For those who want a quick snack, just blend the beans and Graza, and ~voila~ an elevated dip!

1 can Harissa Lemon Heyday Canning Co Chickpeas

½ cup Drizzle + more for garnish

¼ cup tahini

2 cloves peeled garlic

Juice of 1½ lemons

1 tbsp fresh dill roughly chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Active Time: 5 minutes

Full Time: 5 minutes

Serves 1

Blend the chickpeas (with liquid), Drizzle, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, until smooth. Feel free to add more olive oil to obtain your ideal consistency.


Taste and adjust as you see fit. Maybe more lemon juice, salt, or pepper... Choose your adventure!


Add to a bowl, top with more Drizzle olive oil, flaky salt, and fresh dill. Enjoy!
