No-Churn Strawberry Basil Sorbet

Summer cravings have arrived and with them the best frozen treat to cure them all!

Ingredients

1 carton of strawberries hulled 

2 lemons (chopped)

2 cups sugar

Juice of 1 Lime 

Zest of 1 lime (for garnish)

1 bunch of basil 

2 tbsp Drizzle

Instructions

Active Time: 15-30 Minutes

Full Time: 4-6 Hours

Blend everything in a blender on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

When ready to serve, set the sorbet out for about 10 minutes. Scoop, serve, and garnish with more Drizzle and lime zest. Enjoy!
