Pumpkin Pasta

For all you PSL lovers out there meet the perfect way to funnel all that Fall pumpkin goodness into dinner time!

Ingredients

1 pound of Rigatoni

Sizzle

Drizzle

1 shallot 

Rosemary

Crushed red pepper flakes 

1 can of pumpkin puree

½ cup vegetable broth

¼ cup heavy cream

½ cup breadcrumbs

Nutmeg

Parmesan 

Kosher salt

Instructions

Active Time: 15 Minutes

Full Time: 35 Minutes

Bring a pot of water to boil and add the rigatoni.

While pasta is cooking add Sizzle to a hot pan and add ½ a cup of breadcrumbs with a minced clove of garlic and salt.

Once golden brown set aside.

Add Sizzle to a hot pan with your shallots, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and thyme.

Once sautéd for about 15 minutes add your can of pumpkin puree with vegetable broth and heavy cream.

Once evenly combined let simmer for about 5 minutes and drain and add your pasta. Mix with parmesan.

Serve and garnish with parmesan, pepper, Drizzle, and sage.
