Drizzling Dutch Baby with Seasonal Fruit

A dutch baby is everything you'd want in life, pillowy, full of fresh fruit, and baked to crispy perfection in Drizzle!


3 large eggs 

½ cup all-purpose flour 

½ cup whole milk 

1 tbsp sugar 

2 tbsp Drizzle

Pinch of Cinnamon 

Zest of 1 Lemon 

4 tbsp salted butter 

Fresh berries, whipped cream, Drizzle, and powdered sugar for garnish. 


Active Time: 30 Minutes

Full Time: 1 Hour

Serves 4

Combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, Drizzle, cinnamon, and lemon zest in a blender, and blend until very smooth. 


Place butter in a heavy 10-inch cast-iron skillet and place in the oven. As soon as the butter has melted, add the batter to the pan, return the pan to the oven, and bake for 20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed and golden. 


Remove pancake from oven, cut into wedges, and serve at once topped with desired garnishes and some Drizzle!
