
Tostones with Guacamole and Shrimp
Craving these FRIZZLED tostones for the foreseeable future!!!

Peel 1 bag of jumbo shrimp and season with Frizzle, salt, cayenne powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and juice from ½ a lime.
Peal and cut plantain about 1 inch thick.
Fry plantains on both sides until the plantain becomes soft. When the plantains become soft smash them. You can smash them right on the griddle or you can remove them to smash and put them back on to fry again. Fry both sides of the plantains once again for a couple of minutes until both sides develop some color and get crispy.
Once the plantains are smashed, start cooking the shrimp. On medium to high heat for a couple of minutes on both sides.
Remove tostones and shrimp from the griddle and whip up a quick guacamole. 2 avocados, juice from one lime salt and a dash of Drizzle. Mash the guacamole until your preferred consistency.
Build the tostones. Top each tostone with a spoonful of guacamole and one shrimp.
Finish with a sprinkle of cilantro on top and enjoy!
