Cracking Cans: Roe Topped Pringles
Each bite starts a little party in your mouth!
Ingredients
1 cup Peeled and Split Edamame
1 cup Diced Cucumber
½ Bunch of Cilantro
4 Green Onion Shoots
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
1 tsp chili crisp
Salt
Pepper
Brown Sugar
¼ cup Salmon Roe
Instructions

Full Time: 30 Minutes
Combine edamame, diced cucumber, green onion, and cilantro in bowl.
Dress with rice vinegar, Drizzle, chili crisp, salt, pepper, and a pinch of brown sugar.
Lay your Pringles on a platter and top with the diced cucumber mixture.
Add 5-10 Salmon Eggs to the top of each one.
Top with Drizzle and enjoy!
