Tahini Granola

The perfect mix of savory and sweet come together in this tahini granola that pairs amazingly with a bowl of greek yogurt and hefty finish of Drizzle.

Ingredients

2 cups of oats 

¼ cup chia seeds 

½ cup pumpkin seeds 

¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes 

½ cup crushed raw pecans 

¼ cup hemp hearts

½ cup honey

½ cup tahini 

½ cup Sizzle

¼ cup dates 

¼ cup dried apricots 

Drizzle

Active Time: 15 Minutes

Full Time: 45 Minutes

Preheat oven to 300F

Combine all ingredients except for the dates and apricots in a large mixing bowl.

Spread mixture evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until granola is golden brown. Rotate the pan halfway through.

While granola is baking roughly chop the dried apricots and dates. Add the dried fruits to the granola after it has cooled.

Enjoy with greek yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of Drizzle
