Choose Your Adventure: Friendsgiving Menu Edition

Friendsgiving menus for every mood and occasion.

For when you wanna keep it classic.

Start with a Tuscan Kale Salad with Butternut Squash, Pepitas, and Pomegranate, served up with Olive Oil Sausage Stuffing and Campbell's Green Bean Casserole, or Garlic Roasted Potatoes, for your sides. Then go for these Roasted Pork Chops as your main, followed by Stacey Mei Yan Fong's Ginger Cranberry Pear Pie that your pals can dig straight into with their spoons for dessert (or this Sticky Pecan Upside Down Cake)!

For when you wanna keep it anything but classic.

Start it off with this fresh Tabboleuh Salad and HeyDay Canning's Harissa Hummus with crudités, followed by these Crispy Sopes by Masienda customized to your liking. For your mains, serve up these Mediterranean Ribs and Island Creek Oysters' Grilled Oysters topped off with extra Drizzle. End the night with scoops of this Watermelon Mint Sorbet served with torn pieces of fresh mint and Drizzle.

For the The Bear superfans.

Start with Jess Damuck's Burrata with Favas, Peas, and Preserved Lemon, served alongside Mala Spice Butternut Squash and Roasted Miso Sweet Potatoes (or Edmond Hong's take on Chocoyotes). Skip your classic biscuit for fresh slices of this Pumpkin Focaccia, and flex with this 5 Spice Pork Roast with Fish Sauce Caramel as your main. If you wanna show off your homemade pasta making skills, it wouldn't hurt to add Butternut Squash Gnocchi Mac N Cheese to the list as well. All followed by Caitlin Hubner's Salty Lemon Custard Pie and/ or scoops of Maldon's Salted Caramel Apple Ice Cream for dessert.

For if your kind of Friendsgiving takes place at noon.

You literally won't be able to disappoint with these Raspberry Lemon Rolls - a crowd pleasing starter for all. Follow them up with this Turkey Veggie Frittata and slices of Herb Cheese Tart before serving up the star of the show: Island Creek Oysters' Olive Oil Caviar Pancakes. They're a dessert and main course all in one, so be generous with your ice cream scoops (gotta get in that extra protein!!).

For the Pinterest girlies.

Start with this Zesty Snap Pea Salad (Vermont Creamery's Goat Cheese Asparagus Salad is also a stunner) and slices of Stacey Mei Yan Fong's Heirloom Tomato and Cheese Pie. Or whip up these Norweigan Potato Balls using your favorite tinned fish instead. For the main course, it's time for Branzino with Succotash & Avocado Pistachio Puree. For dessert Natasha Pickowicz's Passionfruit Curd Cheesecake or Good Culture's Pumpkin Cottage Cheesecake are both guaranteed showstoppers.

For when you're too lazy to cook.

Order a pizza from your favorite spot (you can find our recs for how to find the perfect slice to fit any mood here), top it off with lots of Drizzle and DIG IN! :-)
